Between the Dyneema like line, soft shackle, and chafe guard; you have a dinghy sling solution that won't rattle, rust, and be a headache. Our slings are set-and-forget.

The clip-in point of the slings sports a heavy-duty chafe guard. It's here that you attach to your boat's lifting system.

Staying in line with our ethos, each sling uses top-quality materials and is individually hand-spliced and produced in the USA by professional riggers.

What to know...

  • Attaching

    The GoDu® Davit Slings attach through the aft davit eyes on the stern of the 8.5 and 10.5 models, as well as the forward eyes on the MAX trims.. You slip on the integrated soft shackle through the transom eyes and then push it through the spliced loop. The weight of the dinghy will close the loop firmly.

  • Fully installed

    With each davit lift point connected. You attach the top of the sling to your boat's lifting system. When you splash your GoDu®, unclip from the chafe guarded loop on your slings, and let the davit points stay attached.

  • For all MAX trims and 12.5's.

    Each sling is sold individually. If you have a MAX 8.5 or 10.5 trim, you'll want to add two slings to your order. All 12.5's will require two slings.

Specifically designed to avoid the rattle and weight of stainless snap shackles. The Davit Sling is the perfect size for your GoDu® 8.5, 10.5, or 12.5, but would likely fit other boats as well.

Spliced from Dyneema-style HMPE these slings are crazy strong and durable. Where your boat's system clips into the sling's contact area, there is a heavy-duty chafe guard to ensure even more longevity. The integrated soft shackles will lock in place once threaded through your davits. 

Our lightweight and simple design allows you to leave the sling in the boat without the noisy rattle or possible corrosion of stainless on your dinghy davit points. This allows for simple and convenient two-point attachment of your dinghy to your boat's system.

When used at the standard gap of 27” inches between davit points, this sling is 21” inches tall.
